  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1/4 cup Pepper jack cheese

Ingredients

• 2 ( 8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped and 1/4 cup saved for topping
• 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
• 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
• 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
• 1 jalapeno, chopped and 2 tablespoon save for topping
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 3/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 cup sliced almonds
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• serve with: RITZ, Wheat Thins & Coca-Cola

Directions

• Using your stand mixer or handheld mixer, mix together first 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until smooth & creamy. Form into a ball inside the bowl. It doesnt have to be perfect. Mix the almonds, walnuts, remaining green onions and jalapeños in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture all around the cheese ball. Place ball into saran wrap, cover and shape into a round ball or desired shape. Place in the refrigerator for minimum 3 hours or over night. Serve RITZ, Wheat Thins and some bottles of Coca-Cola.
