Spicy Chipotle Fry Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Chipotle chili, powder
  • 1 Parsley

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Dill pickle, juice
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt, fine

• Snacks

  • 1 bag Alexia sweet potato fries or alexia crispy onion rings

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup mayo
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon sriracha
• 1 tablespoon chipotles in adobo sauce, sauce only
• 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
• 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (more to taste)
• chopped parsley for garnish
• 1 bag Alexia Sweet Potato Fries or Alexia Crispy Onion Rings

Directions

• In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayo, ketchup, sriracha, chipotle sauce, dill pickled juice, mustard, chipotle chili powder, black pepper and salt until smooth, creamy and thoroughly combined. Set aside or cover and place in the fridge where it will keep for about a week.
• When ready to serve, garnish with parsley; and serve along side Alexia Sweet Potato Fries or Alexia Crispy Onion Rings or both!
