  • 1 1/4 tsp Black pepper, whole
  • 1 small piece Cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 Fennel seeds
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Oil - i used coconut oil

  • 3/4 cup Coconut

• Frozen
