Ingredients

    • 1 lb Ahi tuna, sushi-grade
  • Produce

    • 1 Avocado
    • 1 Cucumber
    • 2 Green onions
    • 2 cups Red cabbage
  • Condiments

    • 2 tbsp Furikake
    • 2 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
    • 1 Sriracha
  • Pasta & Grains

    • 2 cups Brown rice, cooked
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 Salt
    • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, white
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 Drizzle Rice vinegar, seasoned
    • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • Deli

    • 3/4 cup Seaweed salad
  • Other

    • 2 teaspoons sambal oelek (you could also use sriracha

  • Place ahi tuna in a medium mixing bowl with green onions (reserve just a little to sprinkle on top of the bowls), sesame oil, soy sauce, sambal oelek and sesame seeds. Stir to blend everything together, then cover and let chill for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
  • Once poke is done chilling, start creating your bowls. Place brown rice in bottom of each bowl and season with rice vinegar and salt to taste (you will want to stir up the rice a bit after you do this to get all of the flavors to blend.)
  • Add cabbage, seaweed salad, cucumber and avocado on top of the rice.
  • Add poke.
  • Sprinkle with furikake and drizzle with sriracha to taste. Enjoy!
