Spicy Taco Cheese Ball

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

Directions

• In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment blend together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
• Add taco seasoning and taco sauce and blend until combined then add shredded chicken and half the cheese and mix until completely incorporated.
• Line a small glass bowl with plastic wrap and spoon mixture into it, pressing it down with a spatula or spoon to remove any air bubbles or gaps.
• Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
• Once chilled, turn cheese ball out of bowl and unwrap, placing on a plate or serving board. Top with remaining cheese, pressing gently to make it stick.
• Serve with butter crackers or tortilla chips.
