Spinach Artichoke Dip Appetizer Pizza

Ingredients

• 2 large burrito-size tortillas, 10-12 inch tortillas
• 1½ cups prepared spinach artichoke dip, either homemade or store-bought
• 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• 3 diced Roma tomatoes

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
• Place tortillas on lightly greased cookie sheet.
• Spread ¾ cup (more or less depending on personal preference and size of tortilla you are using) of spinach artichoke dip over each tortilla.
• Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
• Bake for at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes.
• Top with diced tomatoes after pulling out from oven.
