Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips

• Baking & Spices

  • 4 oz Baker's chocolate, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

  • 3 TBS powdered THM Super Sweet Blend, I do this in my ninja coffee grinder attachment (or you can use ½ cup +1 TBS of THM Gentle Sweet

Ingredients

• 4 oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate
• 1 TBS coconut oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 TBS powdered THM Super Sweet Blend, I do this in my ninja coffee grinder attachment (or you can use ½ cup +1 TBS of THM Gentle Sweet)

Directions

• Melt bakers chocolate, remove from heat.
• Add Powdered Sweetener , Stir
• Add vanilla and stir some more.
• Add Coconut oil if needed to thin for pouring.
• Pour into mold and freeze until hard.
• Store in freezer.
