  • 1½ cups frozen banana (from 1 large, ripe banana)
  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach (optional)
  • ¼ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Your Favourite Cereal
  • Your Favourite Granola
  • Sliced Fruit or Fresh Berries
  • Raw Seeds (hemp, chia, sunflower or pumpkin)
  • Raw or Roasted Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)

Directions

  • Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender, food processor or Nutri-Bullet (thats what I use!) and blend until smooth. You can add a little more water to the smoothie if you find it is too thick.
  • Transfer the smoothie from the blender to a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
  • Serves: 1 smoothie bowl
