Strawberry Mint Moscow Mules

  • 3/4 cup Mint, fresh leaves
  • 1 cup Strawberries, fresh

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
• ¾ cup fresh mint leaves
• 1-2 limes, sliced into wedges
• 1 or 2 12-ounce cans Ginger beer
• Vodka (1.5-3-ounces per cocktail, depending on how much you want!)
• Ice

Directions

• Divide the strawberries and mint leaves between glasses, add a few splashes of lime juice into each glass and muddle together. Pour in the vodka and top off with ginger beer and another splash of lime juice and plenty of ice! Garnish with a few more strawberry slices, mint leaves and a lime wedge! (Adjust taste to your preference - adding more or less vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice to your liking!)
