Streusel Coffee Cake

  • 1 2/3 cup Baking mix
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

• Dairy

  • 3 tbsp Butter, firm
  • 1/3 cup Milk

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 C baking mix
• 1/3 C milk
• 2 T sugar
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 1/3 C baking mix
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1/2 C packed brown sugar
• 3 T firm butter

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 and grease a round cake pan.
• Combine baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon in a bowl.
• Cut in the butter using a fork or pastry blender (see my kitchen hack to make this easier). Set aside
• Combine baking mix, milk, sugar, cinnamon and egg. Mix until smooth.
• Spread in pan.
• Then sprinkle with topping.
• Bake 15-18 min, or until toothpick comes out clean.
