    • ¼ tsp. glucomannan

Ingredients

  • 1 c. frozen blueberries
  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk**
  • ½ med. banana, 1 orange (peeled), or 1 peach
  • ⅓ c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 T. whey protein powder
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)
  • ¼ tsp. glucomannan

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients together until completely smooth and enjoy!
