  • 1/8 tsp Blackstrap molasses

  • 1 Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Lily's chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 (8 oz block Cream cheese

  • 3/4 cup Thm gentle sweet

Description

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/8 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
• 3/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet
• 1 Tablespoon THM Super Sweet , optional (see note)
• 1/2 - 3/4 cup Lilys chocolate chips
• extra chocolate chips for outside of ball

Directions

• Mix cream cheese and butter until creamy and smooth.
• Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
• Stir in chocolate chips.
• Wrap in plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
• Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so it can firm up a bit.
• When ready, add chocolate chips all around the cheese ball. You could actually use nuts if preferred since there are chocolate chips mixed in already.
• Serve with strawberries and/or homemade cinnamon chips (read my post for directions how to make cinnamon chips).
