Sweet Lemon and Mint Moscow Mule

Ingredients

• ½ lemon, juiced
• 2 tablespoon simple syrup
• 10 mint leaves
• ¾ cup ginger beer
• 2 ounces vodka
• Crushed Ice

Directions

• Fill serving mug with crushed ice.
• Add in lemon juice and simple syrup.
• Rub mint leaves in hands and add to mug.
• Top with ginger beer and vodka then mix.
• Garnish with a few extra mint leaves and a lemon wedge.
• Serve immediately.
