  • 1 1/2 cups Mexican-blend cheese

Ingredients

• 2 cups of Rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
• 1 can of Rotel, drained
• 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
• 4 green onions, chopped
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 8 large burrito tortillas

Directions

• Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Spread each tortilla with 2 spoonfuls of the Tex Mex mixture. Roll up and slice into bite-size pieces. Enjoy!
