Ingredients

• 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
• ½ cup milk
• 4 cups cooked rice
• shredded cheese
• chow mien noodles
• pineapple chunks
• green onions
• raisins or craisins
• tomatoes
• coconut
• cashews

Directions

• In sauce pan add chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and milk. Heat and stir in saucepan over medium heat until mixture is heated evenly throughout.
• Serve over rice.
• Top it with all your favorite toppings.
