Description

Healthy, interesting, delicious food. Mostly vegan. Always good.

This smoothie is good for all that ails you. Its packed with vitamin C and the healing properties of turmeric, and tastes like the tropics!

Directions

  • Add everything to your blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy. You know the drill here.
  • If you dont have a high speed blender, then id recommend finely grating the turmeric first otherwise youll end up with little chunky bits in your smoothie.
  • I dont like smoothies that give me brain freeze, especially first thing in the morning, but if you like it that way then you could freeze your pineapple and banana first.
