Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Metamucil (with Psyllium Fiber)
1 cup Water (or ¾ cups Water for a more flubber-like consistency)

Directions

In a large microwave safe bowl, whisk together the Metamucil and the water for about 1 minute.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it, and pause the microwave for a few seconds if it looks like its going to bubble over.
Remove from the microwave and stir.
Its hot, so make sure you allow it to cool before handling it.
