Vanilla Bean Danish Butter Cookie

Description

Ingredients

• 1 lrg egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 C butter
• 1 ¼ C powdered sugar
• 2 ½ C flour
• 1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla bean paste

Directions

• Preheat oven to 400
• mix everything with a paddle attachment at the lowest possible speed
• pip with a star tip into wreaths on parchment paper
• Refrigerate to help hold the shape at least 10 mins
• cook 8-10 mins, the edges will become golden
