  • 1/2 cup (120ml) filtered water
  • 1/2 medium thin-skinned lemon with rind
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds, soaked
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
  • 2 raw walnuts, soaked
  • 2 raw Brazil nuts, soaked
  • 1/4 medium avocado, peeled and pittted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup (80g) frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (60g) frozen cranberries

Directions
