  • 15 Black olives, pitted

  • 1 cup Paella rice, short-grain

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne papper
  • 14 tsp Paprika, smoked
  • 1 tsp Saffron threads
  • 1 Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Tumeric, ground

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tsp Olive oil, Extra Virgin

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 6 1/2 tbsp Sherry, good quality

  • 5 Small grilled artichokes or from a jar, drained & quarted
