Ingredients

  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk*
  • 1 c. water
  • 1-2 peppermint tea bags
  • -
  • 2 T. whey protein powder
  • 1 T. refined coconut oil
  • ½ T. butter
  • 3-4 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder (a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)
  • Dash each vanilla, peppermint extract
  • Dash salt

Directions

  • Add the peppermint tea bags to the almond milk and water and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Blend all the ingredients, including the hot liquid, until smooth. Taste and add more peppermint extract, sweetener, and/or salt if needed. Enjoy!
