Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or ground venison)
1 egg
1 cup water
1 box cornbread or chicken stuffing mix
Ketchup for dipping (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased loaf pan
You can add a little ketchup to the top of the mixture before baking if youd like - optional
Bake for 45 minutes, or until completely cooked all throughout
Slice and enjoy!
