Watermelon White Wine Spritzer

  • 2 cups Watermelon chunks

Ingredients

• 2 cups watermelon chunks, cubed
• 1 tablespoon agave nectar
• your favorite white wine (I chose Pinot Grigio)
• club soda

Directions

• Place the watermelon chunks along with the agave nectar in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. If desired, pour through a cheesecloth to strain. (optional)
• Pour 1/4 of the watermelon mixture into the bottom of four glasses
• top with equal parts white wine and club soda (about 1/2 cup each)
• Enjoy!
