White Chocolate Cinnamon Sugar Fudge

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon sugar
  • 1 bag Hershey's cinnamon chips
  • 1 2/3 cups White chocolate chips or white melting chocolate

  • 1 14 oz can Condensed milk, sweetened

Ingredients

• 1 bag Hersheys cinnamon chips
• 1 2/3 cups white chocolate chips or white melting chocolate + extra for drizzling
• 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 1-2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar for coating

Directions

• Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by lining with parchment paper and lightly spraying with a nonstick cooking spray
• Over LOW heat, stir together the cinnamon chips, the white chocolate, and the sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan until completely melted and smooth. The mixture should start to pull away from the edges of the pan a little bit.
• Scrape fudge into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle white chocolate over the top (as much or as a little as youd like) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (again, as much or as little as youd like).
• Let cool at room temperature to avoid condensation. But if you dont care about condensation and just want the fudge in a hurry, go ahead and stick it in the refrigerator!
• Once cooled, cut into 1 pieces and serve.
