White Chocolate Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

• Condiments

  • 12 tbsp Peter pan simply ground peanut butter

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Sprinkles, red & green
  • 1 3/4 cups White chocolate chips

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil

• Snacks

  • 48 Nilla wafers

• Desserts

  • 1/4 cup Candy melts, Red
  • 1/4 cup Candy melts, green

Ingredients

• 12 tbsp. Peter Pan Simply Ground peanut butter
• 48 Nilla Wafers
• 1¾ cups white chocolate chips
• ½ tbsp vegetable oil
• ¼ cup red candy melts
• ¼ cup green candy melts
• Red & green sprinkles

Directions

• Put ½ tbsp peanut butter between two Nilla Wafers
• Continue until you have 24 cookie sandwiches
• Use a knife to scrape excess peanut butter off the sides
• Add vegetable oil to white chocolate chips and melt over stove with a double boiler or by using a bowl placed over the top of a saucepan
• Dip cookies in chocolate and place on wax paper
• Immediately top with sprinkles (do this before the chocolate hardens)
• Melt red candy melts in microwave or over stove
• Drizzle over cookies
• Repeat with green candy melts
• Enjoy
