White Root Beer Frosty

• Refrigerated

  • 2/3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened

• Condiments

  • 1/2 tsp Now better stevia or a couple "donks" of thm stevia extract

• Baking & Spices

  • 2 pinches Himalayan salt or mineral salt

• Drinks

  • 1 cup Zevia root beer

• Frozen

  • 3 cups Ice

• Other

  • 1 tablespoon collagen - THM Integral Collagen or Custom Collagen
  • ½ teaspoon glucomannan

Ingredients

• 1 cup Zevia Root Beer
• ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tablespoon collagen - THM Integral Collagen or Custom Collagen
• ½ teaspoon Now Better Stevia or a couple donks of THM Stevia Extract
• 2 pinches Himalayan Salt or mineral salt
• ½ teaspoon glucomannan
• 3 cups ice cubes (around 1 tray)

Directions

• Place root beer, almond milk, collagen, stevia, and salt in blender. Blend on low, slowly add glucomannan and blend for about 30 seconds. Stop blending and add in ice cubes and then blend until completely smooth.
• Makes 1 quart.
• Can also be put in dessert cups with additional root beer for more of a traditional root beer float.
