  • 5 oz. soy-free canned tuna
  • 3 tbsp. Tessemaes Mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. shredded carrots
  • ⅔ red seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 tbsp. slivered almonds
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 scallions (green part only, chopped, optional)

Directions

  • Combine soy-free tuna and Tessemaes Whole30-Approved Mayonnaise in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Fold in the carrots, grapes and almonds, being careful not to smash the grapes while still mixing thoroughly.
  • Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Garnish with scallions if desired.
  • Serves: 2 servings
