World’s Best Chocolate Fudge

  • 2/3 cup Evaporated milk

  • 6 tbsp Butter or margarine
  • 1 jar Jet-puffed marshmallow creme

  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1 cup Walnuts

Description

Ingredients

• 3 cups sugar
• 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
• ⅔ cup evaporated milk (5 ounce can)
• 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (12 ounce bag)
• 1 jar (7 oz) Jet Puffed Marshmallow Creme
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

• Line a 9x13 with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
• In a double boiler, bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (temp should read 234 F on a candy thermometer).
• Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until completely melted.
• Add vanilla and mix well. If you are using nuts, add them now, too.
• Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely.
• Lift foil out of pan and cut into small squares.
