Ingredients

  • 10oz bag dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 scoops Orgain Sweet Vanilla Bean organic protein powder

Directions

  • Place 12 muffin cups in a muffin tin.
  • Put half of the dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 40 seconds at 50% power.
  • Stir chocolate and microwave at 15 second intervals until completely melted.
  • Spoon all of the melted chocolate into the muffin cups.
  • If the chocolate isnt even on the bottom of all of the muffin cups, pick the muffin tin up a few inches and drop it on the counter until the chocolate spreads out. You can also try shaking the tin back and forth to move the chocolate.
  • Put the muffin tin in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Add peanut butter and Orgain protein powder to a bowl and mix together. It will be a somewhat dry mixture.
  • Spoon all of the peanut butter mixture into the muffin cups.
  • Spread it out with a spoon.
  • Shake and drop the muffin tin until the peanut butter mixture spreads evenly over the chocolate.
  • Put the muffin tin in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the remaining dark chocolate in the microwave.
  • Spoon all of the melted chocolate into the muffin cups.
  • You guessed it... shake and drop the muffin tin until the chocolate covers the peanut butter mixture.
  • Put the muffin tin in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, or place in a air-tight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
