Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons refined coconut oil, melted
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 3 eggs
• 1¾ cup (248 grams) all-purpose flour
• Yogurt, for frosting

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 7-ounce ramekins; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey and eggs. Stir in the flour until totally absorbed. Divide the batter between the two ramekins and baked until lightly browned and firm when pressed in the center, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in the ramekins, then remove them and fill and frost with plain yogurt. Serve!
