Five ingredient cookies with no added sugar, butter, or oil. They satisfy your sweet tooth without making you feel guilty!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mashed banana {about ½ to ¾ of one banana}
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup quick oats {not instant}
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • Stir together all the ingredients. Put spoonfuls of batter about 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Flatten as desired {the cookies do not spread}.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 7-9 minutes or until cookies are firm to the touch. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
