Ingredients

• 1 15 oz pack chocolate Oreos
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/4 C powered sugar
• 6 Fun Size Mounds candy bars
• 3 C shredded coconut, divided
• 2 C semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 1 1/2 C sliced almonds, divided
• sliced green apples
• chocolate and/or honey graham crackers
• vanilla wafers

Directions

• Combine Oreos and cream cheese in mixer. Add in Mounds candy bars, powered sugar and 1 C coconut. Beat until smooth.
• Using 2 sheets of plastic wrap layed out like a cross, pour mixture into the middle and tie plastic wrap on top creating a ball. Place in a bowl to give more shape and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or over night.
• Mix together 2 C coconut, chocolate morsels and sliced almonds. Place on large plate and roll unwrapped cheese ball into dry mixture covering entire ball.
• Place on serving tray next to graham crackers, vanilla wafers and green apples. Enjoy!
