Apple Bread Mini Loaves

  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 heaping tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 tsp Vanilla

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/4 cup Oil

• Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 8 oz. block Cream cheese

Ingredients

• 1 cup Sugar
• ¼ cup Oil
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 2 cups Green apple (diced)
• 1½ Cups Flour
• 2 heaping tsp. Cinnamon
• ½ tsp Baking Soda
• ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
• ½ Cup Butter (Sweet Cream Salted)
• 8 oz. block of Cream Cheese
• 3 tsp. Vanilla
• 4 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions

• Peel and dice enough apples so you have 2 cups of chopped apples.
• Mix egg, sugar, oil, vanilla, and apples. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Stir still just combined. Don’t over mix.
• Spoon Apple Bread batter into a mini loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 20 mins.
• Cool.
• Frost with Cinnamon Creme Cheese Frosting
• Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a mixer until blended.
• Add powered sugar a cup at a time and continue to mix until sugar is incorporated.
• Finally, add cinnamon.
