• Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onions, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally about 8 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, add thyme and continue to cook, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Pour in wine to deglaze pan, scraping sides and bottom of pan. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes.Transfer cooked onions to a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine well.Spread mixture into a 2-cup baking dish and bake at 400-degrees F for about 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
