  • 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt 8 ounces ham, chopped ( diced cooked ham ) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup onion ( finely chopped ) 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper ( finely chopped ) 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper ( finely chopped ) to taste chives ( fresh, for garnish, optional ) Directions Beat eggs, milk, and seasoned salt together in a large bowl.
