Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 500ml (2 cups) almond milk
  • 50g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 medjool dates
  • a few drops vanilla essence (optional)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. You can of course use bananas that are not frozen but it will result in a smoothie that is far less creamy and more liquid.
