Beer Bread Pizza Bite

• 1 Bountiful Beer Bread Mix
• 12 oz Non-flavored beer or non-carbonated beverage
• 1/2 cup Shredded Italian Cheese blend
• 1/2 cup Mini pepperoni or diced pepperoni
• 2-4 tbsp Butter
• 1 tbsp Italian Garlic Seasoning

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375°. Combine beer bread mix with beer, pepperoni, and cheese blend. Mix thoroughly. Drop about two tablespoons into a mini muffin pan. Bake for about 15 minutes. Combine Italian Garlic Seasoning with the butter. Remove pan from oven and brush the seasoning/butter mix on top of the pizza bites.
