Bikini Martini

  • 4 oz coconut rum
  • 3 oz vodka
  • 4 oz pineapple juice

• Frozen

  • Ice cubes

• Combine the coconut rum, vodka and pineapple juice in a drink shaker with a couple of ice cubes. Shake firmly. Pour in a martini glass, add a couple of dashes of grenadine in the middle. The grenadine will set at the bottom of the glass.
