Blackberry Cooler Cocktail

• Produce

  • 4 Blackberries
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 4 Mint, leaves

• Condiments

  • 1 Dash Agave nectar

• Frozen

  • 1 Ice

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1 oz Elderflower liqueur such as st-germain
  • 2 oz Gin

Directions

• In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint. Add the berries and muddle to combine. Add the gin, liqueur, lemon juice, agave (if using) and ice; shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish as desired.
