  • 1 overripe banana fresh, or frozen (overripe bananas are extra sweet so less sweetener is needed)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1-2 TBSP honey
  • 2/3 cup 1% milk
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt (such as Siggis)
  • 1 TBSP ground flax seed

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in blender Puree until smooth Serve with straw for more fun!
