Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (25g) old-fashioned oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • ½ cup (120g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup (60mL) nonfat milk
  • 2 tsp Truvia (or other sweetener, to taste)
  • ¼ cup (35g) blueberries (plus more for topping, if desired)

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. Stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and chill for 8 hours, or overnight. Serve cold.
