  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Granola, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, dried goji berries and fresh blueberries for topping the smoothie bowl.

Directions

  • In a regular or high speed blender, blend the oats and flax meal until flour like in consistency.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
