  • 3 pounds beef rump roast ( sliced as thin as possible )
  • 1 onion ( medium )
  • 1 green kiwifruit ( whole )
  • 1 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 3/4 cup Sugar Directions Mince onion and kiwi together using a food processor. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil and mix well. Add the meat with hands, soaking the meat thoroughly. Marinate for 3 - 4 hours, preferably overnight. Broil roast at 500 degrees F for approximately 2 hours. Slice and serve over sticky rice with a side of steamed broccoli. Servings 4
