Bourbon Eggnog Latte

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup prepared espresso or strong brewed coffee
• 1 1/2 cups Silk Nog
• 1-2 ounces bourbon
• Dairy free whipped cream, cinnamon and nutmeg for topping the lattes (optional)

Directions

• Prepare the espresso or coffee, mix in the bourbon and pour into 2 mugs.
• In a small saucepan heat the Silk Nog until it is heated through and warm.
• Once it is warm use a whisk, immersion blender or frother to whisk the Nog until it becomes thick, foamy and hot.
• Pour the Silk Nog evenly into the 2 mugs and top with the foam.
• Top the lattes with dairy free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
