Brownie Batter Coffee Ice Cream

  • 1 1/4 cup Brownie mix, dry
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, mini

  • 1 8 ounce package Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream

Directions

• Sprinkle the instant coffee over the whipping cream. Stir gently until dissolved. Beat on high until stiff peaks form.
• Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Slowly beat in the sweetened condensed milk.
• Fold the whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips gently.
• Stir together the brownie mix, oil, and water.
• Spoon 1/3 of the ice cream mixture into a bowl. Swirl in 1/3 of brownie mixture. Repeat 2 more times. Freeze for 6 hours. Makes about 8 cups ice cream. Keep frozen.
