    • 1 tsp Matcha green tea, organic

    • 1 Honey
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 Sprinkle Cinnamon
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 tbsp Coconut oil, organic
  • Liquids

    • 1 1/2 cups Water, HOT

  • 1.5 cups hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 tsp organic* matcha green tea powder (or less if you like a less intense matcha flavour)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or organic, grass-fed butter if possible (or a mixture of both)
  • Honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia to taste
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  • Put in blender and blend! Pour into a mug and sprinkle the optional cinnamon enjoy. Serves one beautiful person.
