    • 2 scoops Vital proteins vanilla collagen
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 2 heaping tbsp Refined coconut oil
  • Liquids

    • 2 cups Water
  • Other

    • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (homemade or New Barn if you want the best foam

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen
  • 2 teaspoons chaga mushroom powder (I use this one)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground clove
  • 2 heaping tablespoons refined coconut oil
  • 8-12 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener of choice)
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk (homemade or New Barn if you want the best foam)
  • ½ cup almond milk

Directions

  • Boil two cups of water.
  • While water is heating up, add all remaining ingredients to a high powered blender.
  • Once the water has come to a boil, add it to the blender.
  • Combine all ingredients on medium-high until fully combined and frothy.
  • Pour into one or two mugs and enjoy hot!
