Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup honey (or other sweetener)
  • ⅓ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp ground all spice
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius
  • Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and combine
  • Once the dough is fully mixed, form into a ball and place on a large sheet of parchment paper
  • Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and roll out with a rolling pin until the dough is approximately ¼ inch thick
  • Using a cookie cutter cut out shapes. If the dough feels too soft place it in the fridge for approximately 15-20 minutes
  • Place the cookies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies turn a golden colour
  • Remove from the oven and allow to slightly cool before moving. Store in an air tight container
  • Serves: 20-25 cookies
