Cheddar Ranch Bacon Quiche

• 1 9 pie crust
• 6-8 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese + a little more for sprinkling on top
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Directions

• Place the pie crust evenly into a 9 pie dish. Crimp/pinch the edges at the top if desired.Spread the bacon evenly out over the bottom of the pie crust and then sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly out over top of it.In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, and dressing until the mixtures smooth and evenly combined. Pour the egg mixture evenly out over bacon and cheese. Wait about 30 seconds for the mixture to settle.Bake the quiche at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.Remove the quiche from the oven and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
