  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese, mild
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8 oz Sour cream

  • 30 oz. bag frozen hashbrowns thawed atleast two hours in refrigerator

Ingredients

• 2 cans cream of chicken condensed soup
• 1 cup milk
• 8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 30 oz. bag frozen hashbrowns thawed atleast two hours in refrigerator
• 6 T butter cut into 6 tabs
• *optional ¼-1/2 cup diced onions

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• Mix first five ingredients + onions if you’re adding them in
• Lay tabs of butter on top of casserole
• Bake one hour, uncovered.
